It is very simple and secure for online payment in our we do not store or review your credit card information . All information is encrypted and transmitted without risk using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

NOTE: Why is my payment failed?

Payment with credit card may fail due to the following reasons.

1, Incorrect information. Wrong credit card number or password will lead to the failure of the payment. Please try to pay again and make sure the information is correct.

2, Insufficient credit. Please check your account and make sure the funds are sufficient.

3, Bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. The transaction may be blocked because the country of the Bank Identification Number does not match the country of the billing address, or the billing country and the country where the IP address is located don't match.

4, Payment system Maintaining. We maintain our system regularly. The payment may be failed because of the maintenance. Please try again later.

Return & Exchange
For Returns:

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange with 7 days of the date of  receipt. But the reason for returns caused by yourself(eg,size,color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a  bank handling fee and shipping charges. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges. Important Notice:
1. Although we provide return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.

2. Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you, if it is not the right address, we are not responsible for the loss caused by the issue.

3. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.

4.If returning right items for a refund: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.

Shipping and Delivery
Our company will take the fastest shipment of the world, including EMS, DHL. Most of orders are shipped via International Express Mail Service and usually arrive within 1 week. We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS long term. All orders are insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS Website.

Delivery time
Receipt of international orders take 7-12 business days. Generally, the total processing time and shipping are equal to the total delivery time. The processing time generally ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting information to the appropriate warehouse, packing and shipping the item to. After completing the treatment, the expedition begins. Transport time is the transit time express delivery from the warehouse to your delivery address.

International Shipping
We offer express delivery with insurance and confirmation tracking shipping box. It usually takes 5-12 working days for delivery. 24-72 overtime for processing time and can take up to 72 additional hours in case we need to contact the payment processor for credit card verification.

We will not be liable to charge customs fees in each country. We charge full shipping price for all returns and international trade.

* For packages that are not claimed or returned because of incomplete address, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
* If your order does not arrive on time, there may be delay due to compensation processing customized for your country. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at any time.
